Jacob Spade PsyD

Jacob Spade, PsyD is a clinical neuropsychologist with a particular interest in memory and cognitive processing disorders. He specializes in adult neuropsychological testing and evaluations as well as cognitive aptitude testing for students in grades 1-12.
Dr. Spade emphasizes compassionate care by integrating the neurocognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects of treating traumatic brain injury and neurodegenerative disorders. He also evaluates intellectually gifted students in order to help parents and educators tailor educational plans.

For 23 years I was the practice administrator for a premier dental practice in Marin County,California before moving to San Miguel three years ago. I have taken the skills I developed over the years in Marin and now have the opportunity of applying them in my position at Spade Psychology.
Dental health or mental health, the goal is the same: to provide the highest standard of customer care to all of our patients. It is an honor and a joy to work with Dr. Spade and I look forward to handling your scheduling needs promptly and efficiently, and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the practice and scheduling.
